Recipes!!


























Here's a few Yummy healthy recipes.

Sweet Potato Dollars

2 or 3 Sweet Potatoes (More if you like)
Salt, Pepper
EVOO (extra virgin Olive Oil - We us Zoe Organic EVOO)
Real Butter

Peel Sweet Potatoes
Cut into little silver dollar pieces. Not too thick & not too thin.
Mix a little EVOO & melted butter in a cup.
Brush the EVOO & Butter over Sweet Potato Dollars.
Sprinkle with Salt & Pepper. You can add cinnamon too if ya like.
Bake at 350 for 35 -45 minutes. Just watch that they don't burn.
These are one of my favs!!!!

Homemade Mayo

1 Egg
1 TBSP Lemon Juice
2 TSPS Dijon Mustard
Sea Salt (we use Celtic Sea Salt) & freshly cracked Pepper
1 cup of EVOO

In a blender or food processor process the egg,
lemon Juice, Mustard, Salt & Pepper until well combined.
While motor is running - pour Olive Oil in slow, steady
stream & process until mix is thick & creamy. (Don't ruch it...
this takes time.) You can & i do think that you should add garlic & onion powder and
an egg yolk to make it taste better!.

Hummus

1 915.5 ounce) can garbanzo beans (chickpeas) drained
1/3 cup pitted spanish manzanilla olives
1 TSPS minced garlic
3 TSPS Olive Oil
2 TBSP Lemon Juice
1 1/2 TSPS chopped fresh basil
(If you want to - I don't like this) 1 TSPS Cilantro leaves
Salt & Pepper

Place garbanzo beans, olives & garlic into bowl of a blender or
food processor. Poor in olive oil & lemon juice; season with
basil, (cilantro), salt & pepper. Cover & puree until smooth. Serve immediately
or store in fridge until ready to use. This is awesome as a veggie dip! Use carrots,
Celery, Green, Red, Orange & Yellow Peppers... any veggie you like!

Mom's Rockin' "Fat Burning" Chocolate Pudding

1/2 of a ripe avocado (soft to the touch)
3 TBSPS raw almond butter
1/4 cup unsweetened organic cocoa powder
1/2 TSP Vanilla
1 to 2 packs of Stevia
1/2 to 3/4 of a scoop of chocolate
protein powder (grass fed whey protein powder preferrably)
small pinch of salt

Put avocado & almond butter into bowl
& mash together with a fork until smooth.
Add all other ingredients and mix vigorously
until all is mixed & smooth like the consistency of pudding!
